Kyle Kasner is the company’s founder and principal owner. Kyle has been practicing Texas sales/use taxes for almost 35 years. Kyle’s experience with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts as an auditor and then a member of management, then as National Sales Tax Practice Partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ State & Local Tax Practice (“SALT”), and then in 2003 with his own firm, Kasner & Associates, which specialized in local tax issues for Texas city governments is unmatched.After recovering more than $15mm for Texas cities, Kyle merged his services with that of MuniServices, but left MuniServices to start TexasCityServices after recognizing the value of providing a much more in-depth customized approach to sales and use tax compliance reviews than was then being offered in Texas. Kyle spent two years developing proprietary processes, that when customized for each client’s business environment significantly increase tax revenues!
